Third Screen Media, a provider of mobile advertising and marketing software and services, announced the availability of MADX|Publisher, a web-based mobile advertising solution.
MADX|Publisher encompasses ad serving, ad space creation, inventory forecasting and management as well as campaign creation, trafficking, targeting, reporting and accounting.
According to eMarketer, the amount spent on mobile advertising and marketing in the United States will reach $760.4 million by 2009.
