Helio LLC, a mobile phone service geared towards a youth audience, has announced a partnership with social networking site MySpace.com.
Helio is launching two branded handsets that will enable consumers to connect to MySpace.
The mobile service will offer a look, feel and overall customer experience that are true to the online MySpace environment while optimizing it for mobile including mail, blogs, photos, profiles and more.
"MySpace Mobile On Helio will allow our members to share their lives as they happen and evolve the MySpace experience from being about what you did last night to about what you are doing right now," says Rob Gelick, head of media and community services, Helio.
A spokesperson for Helio says that at this time there are no plans for ads on the new partnered service.
