Lyris Technologies has released a study that found the combined average gross deliverability rate for permission-based emails rose by two percent, from 87 percent (in Q3) to 89 percent in Q4 2005.

The report also found that while European internet service providers still lag overall, they are improving deliverability more quickly than U.S. providers.
