Paramount Pictures has teamed up with Gameloft to release a mobile game promoting the upcoming movie "Mission Impossible 3" starring Tom Cruise.

The mobile game is expected to be released before the official May release of the film.

Gameloft CEO Michel Guillemot says, "As handsets become more sophisticated, the gaming capabilities will continue to exceed most people's expectations. There's all this talk about the next generation of consoles, but the next generation in gaming is in the mobile platform."

The companies say that the game will be available on most mobile providers but the cost and other details of the game were not disclosed.
