Zoove Mobile Study

Zoove Corp., in collaboration with Mediamark Research Inc. (MRI) and MPG (Havas), announced the release of the Mobile Marketing Consumer Study that found 47 percent of adult consumers know how to use SMS Short Code.

The study's goal was to test the public's awareness of -- and ability to respond to -- mobile marketing campaigns using different response mechanisms including SMS Short Codes.

Although 72 percent of all consumers are able to open a text message proactively sent by a marketer, 70 percent reveal that it's time-consuming with too much to recall, with 65 percent considering it a hassle.
