Maggie is a media and advertising executive who has spent the bulk of her career building digital marketing firms and technologies. In 1995, Maggie built one of the first online media buying shops and pioneered many other industry "firsts". For more than a decade, Maggie served as General Manager and VP of Media for aQuantive (now RazorFish), establishing the firm as one of the world's leading digital media agencies. After aQuantive's acquisition by Microsoft in 2007 for $6 Billion, Maggie shifted her attention to digital publishers as General Manager of Microsoft's Publisher Solutions team. Here, she focused on building technologies aimed at increasing advertising revenue and decreasing operational costs. Today, Maggie is CEO of King of the Web, a contest platform fueled by video and aimed at Generation Next. King of the Web helps advertisers engage digital influencers by hosting video-based contests that promote engagement and brand awareness. King also hosts the only online contest for amateur, web-born entertainers who are changing the face of content consumption and production.
