Britt has a passion for growth, innovation and simple, but stellar strategy.  Over her career she’s had the opportunity to help a range of recognized clients seize business opportunities.  She has helped an airline build leadership around the world, overcome a pilot strike and recover from one of the most horrifying disasters in recent history (United).  She has launched hot new mobile devices that reinforced the brands connection with young adults (T-Mobile).  She has re-branded a country (The Islands of the Bahamas).  And she has helped a technology company re-imagine the printing business (HP).

Today, Britt drives growth initiatives for Cole & Weber United.  During her tenure, the agency has built relationships with the International Olympic Committee, Target, Kelloggs, Epson and Washington’s Lottery.  Prior to Cole & Weber United, Britt was the director of development and innovation for Publicis West, helping lead the agency’s growth through $350MM billings of new business wins including HP, DISH Networks and Coinstar. In addition, she was integral in driving integration and developing an innovation think tank within the agency.

Britt spent the majority of her career at Fallon & Duffy Design. Her efforts have contributed to honors from Communications Arts, the OneShow and Cannes and have been featured in Juicing the Orange and Brand Apart.
