As Senior Vice President, Digital Strategy & Innovation for The Marketing Arm (NYSE: OMC), Tom oversees, creates, and executes digital strategy and programs for the agency’s clients.

For the past fourteen years, Tom has been among the most notable executives within the digital & social media industry, developing a significant base of experience while providing strategic consulting for a number of Fortune 500 organizations including Microsoft, AT&T, Frito-Lay, Chevron, Walt Disney, Citigroup, Dell and Intel.

He shares his expertise globally with audiences both through his written contributions as well as speaking at events such as AdTech London, Digital Dallas 2012, Social TV 2013 and Microsoft’s global partner conference, MGX.
 
Recently, Tom was the SVP, Digital Strategy & Emerging Technology for Red Urban (NYSE: OMC) Tom has had a successful career leading various marketing disciplines within the technology and interactive agency industries, including the company he co-founded, Smooth Fusion. Tom then led Telligent’s worldwide sales and marketing efforts as Vice President, where he focused on rapidly growing the company’s domestic and international enterprise client base and then served as the Chief Marketing Officer for INgage Networks.
