Joseph Krokus is a principal in the Digital Media Solutions group at SymphonyIRI. Krokus focuses on SymphonyIRI's emerging media business that includes a suite of digital targeting and measurement solutions to help manufacturers and retailers in the CPG, healthcare and retail industries deliver digital media more effectively, and accurately measure the impact of online advertising on offline sales. SymphonyIRI recruited Krokus to work exclusively with Google in order to drive a strategic partnership across the search, display and video CPG teams. He has an excellent working knowledge of the CPG marketplace as well as the display, video and social channels.
Prior to joining SymphonyIRI, Krokus honed his online advertising expertise as director of Strategic Sales at Legolas Media. Through Legolas’ innovative “futures” marketplace, Krokus sold audience driven awareness campaigns at scale to top brands, including Kellogg's, Campbell's, Colgate and Allergan Pharmaceuticals, delivering targeted impressions across multiple premium publishers and driving price and performance optimization across all inventory types.
Krokus previously held positions as director of sales at MediaMath, account director at Level 3 Communications, director of business development at UGENmedia, and director of global business development at Monster. He also held a number of sales positions at DoubleClick as part of the “first five,” Biomatrix Incorporated, Johnson & Johnson and Searle Pharmaceuticals.
Krokus holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Farleigh Dickenson University.
