As general manager of iMedia Communications, Kurt Indvik works with CEO Rick Parkhill to direct day-to-day operations of the online and Summit properties.

Indvik has been involved in the interactive media industry as a publisher and journalist since 1988, and has more than 25 years experience in business-to-business publishing. Indvik first teamed up with Parkhill in 1988 when he became publisher of InfoText magazine, a trade journal for the interactive media industry that Parkhill launched in 1987. InfoText was followed by Response TV in 1992. Later, Indvik rejoined Parkhill with the launch of Digitrends Magazine, Camp Interactive and Digitrends.net. In the mid 1990s Indvik also managed ecommerce publications Electronic Retailing and NetProfit$. Prior to joining iMedia Indvik served as editor-in-chief of Home Media Retailing, the leading weekly business publication focused on the home entertainment.

Indvik and his wife, Rebecca, have two children, Crystal and Celeste, and live in Tustin, Calif. He enjoys golf, sailing and reading.
