Niharika Shah is Vice President, Strategy & Planning for Prudential Advertising. In the last year since she joined Prudential, Niharika has worked with several agency and business partners to launch “Bring Your Challenges” - a wholesale makeover aimed at modernizing Prudential.
Prior to joining Prudential, Niharika has held a broad range of assignments in digital strategy for global brands such as Barilla, Lowe’s, M&M’s, Samsung, Kraft Foods, New York Life and Unisys to name a few.
Niharika holds an Executive MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Rutgers School of Business.
