Ragy Thomas is the founder and CEO of Sprinklr. Sprinklr provides a Social Relationship Management (SRM) platform and related services to some of the largest and most social global brands. Sprinklr has been cited by the Altimeter Group as the most suited social media management solution for enterprise and a long-term contender in this space.
Prior to founding Sprinklr, Ragy was the president of Epsilon’s Interactive Services Group (formerly Epsilon Interactive), which was one of the largest email marketing service providers in the world with 23 offices in 11 countries. Before being named president, he served as CTO of Epsilon Interactive, where he was chief architect of the company’s market-leading email technology platform.
Ragy, is a well-known thought leader who regularly participates in industry forums and is often quoted in industry media such as Click Z, Internetnews.com and Target Marketing Magazine. Ragy joined Epsilon with an accomplished record in advanced application software engineering and technology development management. Prior to Epsilon Interactive, he directed technology operations at Advaya, the email marketing solutions company later acquired by Expression Engines.
Ragy, a member of Mensa, received his M.B.A in Finance and IT from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Pondicherry University, India.
