Peter has been writing about technology and the IT industry since 1984, having specialised in wireless, security, networking, environmental and web services, as well as being up to speed on most aspects of business IT.

He has also contributed regularly to technology coverage in The Guardian’s Online section and elsewhere.
Previously, Peter worked full time at IT Week,and Infonetics Research where he was directing analyst, Europe.

He writes articles, reports, white papers and analysis; undertakes market research; organises and chairs conferences; and presents at events. Peter also blogs for ZDNet, London Pride Morris, and Books for Blokes as well as his own personal blog.
