Shane Ginsberg is executive director, global business development, for Organic. After beginning his career at Organic in 1994, Ginsberg returned in 2004 as executive director. Based in San Francisco, Ginsberg leads Organic’s new business efforts across the network. Under his direction, Organic has developed relationships with eBay Motors, 24 Hour Fitness, and many others.
Prior to returning to Organic, Ginsberg was managing director of AKQA’s San Francisco headquarters, where he was responsible for all operations and client delivery for brands such as Nike, XBOX, Visa, and PalmOne. While at AKQA, he also focused on business development and played a key role in contributing to the overall strategy and leadership of the agency.
Prior to joining AKQA, Ginsberg was one of the founders of the Razorfish San Francisco and Silicon Valley, where he was vice president of client services. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 100 interactive projects for clients such as Microsoft, McKinsey & Co. and Cisco Systems. Ginsberg serves on many boards, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art’s Art and Design Forum and the Microsoft Partnership Advisory Council.
