Prior to joining Crosby, Fred led the online marketing efforts at Sylvan Learning, launching national web programs to support more than 1,100 franchise and corporate tutoring centers.
Fred´s agency experience includes the San Francisco office of Goldberg Moser O´Neill (now Hill Holliday) and Baltimore´s Trahan Burden & Charles. AT TBC, he formalized the agency´s interactive complement, spearheading web initiatives for the Wall Street Journal Online, Maryland Tourism, and Sprint Nextel.
Earlier in his career, Fred served as an Advertising Manager with dot-com era juggernaut, Webvan.com.
