Michael is a unique breed of marketer who practiced architecture for 5 years before entering marketing field. He now has 17 years of marketing and marketing communications experience at AT&T, LG Electronic and ad agencies combined.
At AT&T, he was one of pioneers in multicultural marketing. Leveraging his own experience of being a bilingual person, he helped creating multilingual marketing solutions, including development of att.com/global, targeting multilingual customers in 7 different languages.
At LG Electronics North America, Michael held a multifaceted position including corporate branding for North America while managing digital marketing communications team for the US market. During his 4 yeas of tenure, aided brand awareness increased from below 40% to over 90% and visitor traffic to LGusa.com increased over 500%. As Director of Digital Marketing and Global Counsel of Digital Marketing at LG, he lead launched of a web2.0 and successfully integrated Reviewed-Powered-Marketing programs among other digital marketing initiatives.
He was a speaker at the Internet Retalier in '07 and has a plan to speak at the eM9-Marketing Conferece in April '09
