Hank Brigman is President/CEO of Touchpoint Metrics. A co-founder in 2001, Mr. Brigman brings broad leadership experience to Touchpoint Metrics, having held senior executive level positions with both multinational and emerging growth companies for the past 15 years.

Prior to joining Touchpoint Metrics, he was President/CEO of William Henry Group, Inc., a strategic planning and market research consultancy headquartered in Tiburon, California. It was in this capacity that he first married Touchpoint research initiatives with strategic planning. Recruited to lead a $25 million-dollar start-up, Brigman exceeded goals by generating over $10 million in first-year revenue for the Heritage Land Development Company. Earlier in his career, Brigman held executive-level responsibilities for two SME's, in addition to positions in marketing, sales, and subsidiary executive management with Club Corporation of America, a billion dollar a year company with $1.6 billion in assets. A noted speaker, Mr. Brigman speaks on the power of Customer Touchpoint Management to improve customer relationships and drive business success. He served as master of ceremonies and gave opening remarks for international high-technology strategy conferences held in Shenzhen and Shanghai, China.

Mr. Brigman enjoyed a a three-year stint as a professional golfer on a variety of mini tours after earning his BBA in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
