As Brand Director for P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Dan Drummond brings more than 23 years of business, management and leadership experience to his role. He is responsible for all aspects of marketing, PR, research, events and sponsorships across 205 P.F. Chang’s China Bistro restaurants in 38 states, and manages the Guest Relations Department which services P.F. Chang’s and PeiWei.
Prior to joining P.F. Chang’s in 2007, Dan honed his marketing skills across several product categories with Matrixx Initiatives (Zicam Over-The-Counter Pharmaceuticals and New Product Development), Campbell Soup Company (SpaghettiOs, Dinner Kits and New Product Development), and Miller Brewing Company(Molson and Miller Lite).
Dan graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1989 and served more than ten years as a Communications-Computer Systems Officer and Information Warfare Intelligence Analyst. Dan played rugby for 13 years and was a member of the 1989 National Collegiate Championship Team as well as a member of the Combined Services Rugby Team for 10 seasons. He now enjoys scuba diving, reading, home improvement and spending time with his sons Campbell and Lachlan and his lovely wife Marla.
