There will be a special hour after lunch to keep everyone on their toes before the afternoon keynote. We will have five workshops, each being run by companies who can give you a highly-practical, hands-on training session on the latest technology in the marketing arena.

This concluding session will be led by the speakers of the past two days as they throw back questions to the floor. This will also be the opportunity for an ‘open mic’ session where delegates will be able to come to the front and open up questions they would now like answering.
What should we be looking to take away with us in anticipation of the next Agency Summit?
16:30 -- Summit conclusions and closing remarks
The Chairman will close the Summit with his findings and notes taken from the previous two days. There will then be a document written up by the iMedia team that will be distributed among the delegates after the summit has concluded, citing all the issues and problems raised, what was agreed, what the solutions proposed included and then the next steps ahead.
