iMedia Brand Summit September 2013 - Overview

He has been recognized by Ad Age as a Media Maven and has been featured on the publication's cover. The award winning work done by his teams and him have been recognized by leading industry and consumer publications from Fortune Magazine and Adweek to Forbes and The Harvard Business Review. He is also author of the book, "Social Media Marketing for Dummies" and has written for the Harvard Business Review online, Ad Age magazine, Newsweek and other publications.

Matt Tindale, Director of Marketing Solutions AU & NZ, Linkedin

Matt Tindale leads LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions team across Australia and New Zealand. Marketing Solutions work with leading marketers and agencies to build relationships between brands and LinkedIn members. These relationships are built leveraging LinkedIn’s unique ability to target audiences with accuracy, publish content in a relevant context and extend through social sharing. Matt has a long history in the industry with experience across the media, marketing and advertising industries. He started his career on the agency side at Carat Australia and DDB as a strategy director on accounts including St George Bank and McDonalds.

Nicki Kenyon, Global Business Partner at Facebook

Nicki Kenyon, Global Business Partner at Facebook, is a member of the Global Accounts team and is the global lead for the Samsung business. She is based in Singapore. Nicki has over 20 years experience in brand strategy, marketing and management roles across a range of industries; in global corporations and start-up companies. She has successfully established new businesses and contributed to the growth of existing ones in Australia and across Asia.

Matt Bruhn, Marketing & Innovation Director at Diageo

Jenny Williams has been in technology driven marketing for over 20 years Working, across Asia, America and Europe she is focused on driving innovation, growth and the evolution of the digital marketing industry holding senior leadership roles within many of the world largest digital agencies including Managing Director of Tribal DDB, MRM and Zentropy Partners. Jenny is actively engaged in defining the Australian digital industry. She has been a director on the national board of the ADMA and participated in the Digital Council for the Communications Council and was named in B&T’s Digital Media Magazine as one of the "40 Biggest Players of the Digital Age” in Australia.

Scott Dinsdale has been a digital technology and media pioneer for over 25 years. A musician and accomplished entrepreneur Scott has also held executive leadership roles at Sony, Bertelsmann AG, the Motion Picture Association & MPAA, and Merrill Lynch. Scott has also been a senior fellow at the Annenberg Center for the Digital Future since 2009 and teaches in the graduate business program at The Australian Film, Television and Radio School, Sydney

Cindy Gallop is a graduate of Somerville College, Oxford, whose background is brandbuilding, marketing and advertising - she started up the US office of ad agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty in New York in 1998 and in 2003 was named Advertising Woman of the Year.  She is the founder and CEO of, a marketing platform that turns human and corporate good intentions into collective action, launched in beta at TED 2010, and subsequently written up and taught as a Harvard Business School case study; and of, launched at TED 2009.

Amanda King started her career as one of the first data planners in London tying psychographics to demographics for clients such as Sun Alliance. In early 2000 she joined DDB Sydney as head of all non-advertising companies. Her reports included Rapp Collins, Tribal, Mango (PR) and Remedy (Healthcare). During this period each company grew significantly and achieved record profits. In March 2012 started a strategic consultancy. She now helps companies with transformation strategies to improve their relevancy of offering and messaging in this fast paced digital world. Innovation has driven her career.
