David is a strong leader of people with international experience across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. He is commercially rounded, with full P&L experience, who takes a business first approach and benefits from the range of areas he has worked within that include Country Manager, Senior Leadership Teams, eCommerce, Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing. 

Having worked for some of the world's most recognised organisations including adidas, Coca-Cola and Carlton & United Breweries, he has developed superior leadership qualities and possesses strong influencing skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. He has lead diverse teams including sales, marketing, eCommerce, HR, finance and operations and thrives on the challenge of leading and developing teams who are in challenging situations in order to deliver results. 

Some of David's career highlights include being the Country Manager of adidas NZ and leading the organisation to profitability, completing a number of organisational restructures and dealing with a significant PR/Media crisis during the Rugby World Cup in 2011. He has also lead, developed and launched two eCommerce websites for Carlton & United Breweries [B2B] and adidas [B2C]. He worked for Coca Cola Amatil's Merger and Acquisition's team as the Sales Lead for the joint venture with SABMiller and was a key part of a number of major product launches including Coke Zero into the Australian market. 

David has a wide range of skills and industry experience and is well placed for a Senior Role as either Managing Director / Country Manager or a key role of any Senior Leadership Group in either Sales & Marketing or Multi Channel & eCommerce role in a larger organisation. He has a passion for Technology, Health, Fitness, Sport, Adventure and Community.
