Kiwi born and bred, my research career was nurtured in two of Sydney’s most respected boutique agencies, ANOP Research and Galileo Kaleidoscope, before launching Fresh Focus in 2007.
Using a blend of digital, mobile and human interaction, I love getting up close and personal with the messy world of consumers.
