I have spent over 20 years working for and with media companies. Since 1999, I have worked for various digital publishing companies and networks, including CBS, Yahoo, Kidspot, BMCMedia, Sensis and Brandscreen. 

In management roles I have led up to 65 employees through forecasting and maintaining sales revenues, managing product and editorial teams, business partners, leading R&D, and so on. I developed and implemented CBSi's programmatic trading plans for Australia.

I am a key member of the IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) and had various industry speaking engagements. I was a part of the smaller IAB Technical Review Group responsible for recommending the partner for the official audience measurement solution for digital media in Australia. 

I have run several training seminars, including 'Digital Cadets'. I have an Acting Diploma and have studied Marketing through Sydney Technical College. I have completed various sales and management specific training modules such as Conflict Resolution Skills, Leadership & Management and Negotiation Skills.
