There is no Customer Experience without Product Experience

Tuesday 25 August | 11:20 AM - 11:45 AM

Customers have a lot of choice: competing products, who to buy from, and where to buy, such as a seller’s physical store, their website, on Amazon, or even on Instagram.

As a Retailer / distributors / brand, you have to deliver a great experience in order to attract customers. And it has to be great everywhere.

But offering compelling experiences across the board is hard. A huge part of the challenge is providing rich and consistent product information delivered in context to all customers wherever they are.

This is where Product Experience Management (PXM) comes in. PXM is a practice that puts customer interaction at the center of everything you do. It’s about ensuring your product information is complete, accurate, relevant, and delivered on time, to the right place, everywhere your customers are.
