As the Senior Brand Manager of Pinnacle Foods Group’s Aunt Jemima® and Lender’s® frozen breakfast brands, Brandi Unchester is responsible for setting brand strategy and developing breakthrough marketing campaigns as well as innovative new product launches to deliver against brand objectives.  Recently, Unchester and her team kicked off one of Pinnacle Foods’ first social medial campaigns, introducing America to three employee ambassadors live from the pancake production line at the Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast plant in Jackson, Tennessee.  The employees, known as Aunt Jemima Frozen Breakfast Brand Ambassadors, give fans the opportunity to see how their pancakes, waffles, and French toast are made using real ingredients, just like they would use at home, and cooking on hot griddles and cast-iron waffle irons.

Prior to Pinnacle Foods, Unchester managed several household food brands at B&G Foods, Inc. including breakfast favorites such as Cream of Wheat® hot cereal and Polaner® fruit spreads, as well as trusted brands like Regina® wine vinegar, Grandma’s® and Brer Rabbit® molasses, B&M® and Joan of Arc® beans, and Underwood® meat spreads.  She began her career in the accounting field as an auditor for KPMG LLP.

Unchester holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.  She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
