Bryan has nearly 20 years of advertising sales and business development experience and consistently joins companies at the cutting edge of their industry building revenue through education and strategic selling. Previously, Bryan was tasked with starting the NY office for Lotame’s initial business, an audience targeted ad network, one of the first in the industry. He also played a vital role in Lotame’s pivot from ad network to data management platform where he worked internally to develop the DMP offering and determine potential client verticals and use cases. Bryan transitioned media sellers from the ad network to platform sellers effectively training them to manage the strategic sales process while speaking to the highest level at brands, ad networks, publishers and business development partners. Prior to working at Lotame, he spent 3 years as the Director of Business Development for Captivate Network, the very first OOH Video advertising network. During his time there he developed a line item with OOH buyers for video at CPM’s 14x’s their current spend on billboards. Bryan also held positions at 95.5 WPLJ Radio in New York, a top rated, Disney-owned FM radio station, and at Metro Networks/Westwood One, which is the largest information provider to radio stations in the U.S developing interest in live traffic and weather reports with radio planners and buyers and brands direct. He started his career in the media industry out of college as a Marketing Analyst at CNN. Seltzer graduated from the University of Hartford with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1993. He resides in Long Island, NY with his wife and 3 children.
