John is the Global President of Mediahub (one of the four units within the MullenLowe Group). He oversees all U.S. and global offices including Boston, New York, Los Angeles, London and Sydney. He is responsible for crafting the company’s vision and spearheading new business initiatives. John’s DNA fits in perfectly with the company’s challenger brand mindset, as he is a tireless and passionate individual who is always looking at the media landscape with a fresh set of eyes. He believes that the most powerful marketing happens when brands reinvent existing channels or, better yet, invent media that the consumer remembers and talks about. John has established MullenLowe’s branded media unit as a force in media-only pitches. In 2015 and 2016, Mediahub won significant accounts like Netflix, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Royal Caribbean, Harley-Davidson, BET and the global Western Union account. The shop also represents major media brands like Bose, Match, Ulta Beauty, JetBlue and Patrón. Mediahub also has a dedicated entertainment arm that services Netflix, VH1, TV Land, PBS and BET. John has been named an Ade Age Media Maven, and Mediahub was named by MediaPost as the most creative media shop of 2016. John has been in the business for over 20 years and has worked on brands including H&R Block, GM, Whirlpool, Monster.com and Converse.
