Mr. Breckling serves on EyeWonder's board. In August 1999, Breckling co-founded EyeWonder and pioneered the design and implementation of the first ever instant streaming video ad in 2000. As EyeWonder’s first President and later as CEO, Breckling led the company’s strategic and operational development to best take advantage of the astounding growth occurring in the online advertising industry. Under Breckling’s day-to-day leadership, EyeWonder grew to become the preferred video ad vendor of many of the world’s top interactive agencies, delivering over 2.5 billion online video ads in 2003 alone.

Prior to co-founding EyeWonder, Breckling spent over 15 years within the advertising world working with some of the world’s leading advertisers, including Cellular One, Bellsouth, Coca-Cola, and Federal Express. In 1996 Breckling founded his own agency, VIA, which later grew into Atlanta-based Propaganda, Inc.

Mr. Breckling earned his B.S. in Journalism from Kennesaw State University.
