SeowPing has had over 12 years experience in the direct marketing space developing data driven communications strategy and managing CRM and loyalty programs for clients in various industries. Her strength is in helping clients leverage technology and data for customer acquisition, growth and retention activities. She has worked with a number of clients in the region including Nestle, British American Tobacco, Nokia, DHL, Guinness, L'Oreal Paris, Chanel, Carrefour, Esprit, P&G and HSBC.

Prior to re-joining Acxiom, SeowPing was the Business Director at RMG Connect for the HSBC business in the region leading various consulting projects that focused on building a measurement framework and strategies for customer acquisition and management activities. In her previous role as Client Services Leader at Acxiom Greater China prior to rejoining, she led a team to manage various CRM and loyalty programs for Acxiom's client in the region.

SeowPing also spent some time at OgilvyOne before that managing the regional data services division that drives the data strategy for OgilvyOne's clients. Before venturing into the agency world, SeowPing was with a tyre manufacturer, Silverstone in Malaysia managing various sales and marketing projects including the Tire Dealer program.

SeowPing graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of New South Wales, and has an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management both from Sydney Australia. She balances her hectic work life with running and yoga.
