II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES<br /><br />1. Manage the day-to-day client’s business to meet marketing objectives and to help set measurable metrics for success, taking more full ownership on smaller/less-complex deals<br />2. Deliver on all role-specific accountability metrics and goals<br />3. Work collaboratively with Account Management, Strategy Development and Sales teams to develop timely, strategic media recommendations via RFP response and presentations<br />4. Support the development of strong and effective media plans based on sound strategies, reaching appropriate audiences and meeting client objectives across multiple targeting and product options (site direct, contextual, behavioral, search, branded display, rich media etc.). <br />5. Utilize 3rd-party research tools to support plan recommendations and provide competitive spending analysis <br />6. Input RFP responses into internal systems, client external templates and 3rd party planning systems <br />7. Ensure asset collection and on-time campaign launch working with clients and Launch & Trafficking team <br />8. Project-manage integrated, custom executions to ensure coordination across departments <br />9. Determine optimization strategy based on targeting and creative to increase advertiser effectiveness in achieving brand awareness and/or eCPM/eCPC/eCPA/other goals<br />10. Analyze campaign performance, key learnings and program success in meeting objectives. Share learnings internally for future planning and prepare client campaign reporting as needed<br />11. Work with Delivery Team to monitor campaign delivery and contract compliance, ensuring full revenue recognition and client objective success<br />12. Identify up-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue beyond original contracted amount; take share of spend from competitors during the campaign with short-term and ongoing inventory avails and sponsorships<br />13. Collaborate with Finance to manage the credit check process, prepare accurate invoicing, and settle billing disputes <br />14. Develop strong, productive relationships with clients and agencies
