Tonya's expertise in online content and partnership includes program development for MTV online, Warner Music Group, Virgin Digital, DreamWorks and wi-fi pioneer, Boingo Wireless. In 1995 she helped steer Warner Music Group's first foray into the digital area, partnering game producers with the label's sales and marketing strengths. Subsequently Ms. DeGance developed online content programs for DreamWorks Interactive and DreamWorks Consumer Products. She led mtv.com's marketing efforts; and in 1999, developed the online group's first personalization efforts. In 2003, Ms. DeGance managed subscriber acquisition efforts for both an Idealab incubator and Boingo Wireless. In 2004 she launched Virgin's digital music store.
