Rob Middleton is the West Coast Agency Development Manager for Google. He works with ad agencies to develop ground-breaking campaigns across the Google family of Products - including Search, Display, Video, Earth, Maps, Mobile, Print, and Audio.

A 16-year marketing veteran, Rob has worked for leading offline, direct, online and search agencies. Prior to Google, Rob explored the startup world building pioneering online agency SFInteractive and SEM agency Fathom Online. Rob also started the Interactive department at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and worked at Grey Direct and BBDO. With a background as a National Media Director, Account Director, Director of New Business and Chief Strategy Officer, Rob brings a comprehensive overview to his role, and provides Google clients with holistic marketing solutions that deliver superior returns. Rob has insisted throughout his career that companies with a strong strategic vision and evolutionary business model will dominant the future of marketing services.

Rob has been the recipient of the AdWeek Online Campaign of the Year and was a founding member of the WAA (Wireless Advertising Association)
