Jason leads the development of marketing strategies and overall communication plans for the Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder Guest Segment. He is responsible for leading a cross functional team to develop and execute strategies that deliver on established acquisition, retention, profitability and attendance goals. In addition to communications planning and execution, Jason collaborates with internal and external Disneyland Resort and Disney Parks departments (Operations, IT, Revenue Management, Finance and others), on projects that include events, pricing, optimal program size, and experience/process improvement.

Prior to Disney, Jason was with J.D. Power and Associates as a research supervisor working on marketing research, and earned his MBA from California Lutheran University with an emphasis in Marketing.
