Prior to joining PHD, Linnea was the Media Director at THINK Interactive in Atlanta managing: The Weather Channel, Sears, Mars Petcare (Pedigree, Cesar, The Goodlife Recipe, Nutro, Whiskas, and Temptations), AT&T, Alltel, Windstream Communications, Orkin, Emory University and Vitaminwater. In this role, she was responsible for developing the agency’s media offering, winning and expanding client relationships, and developing and leading a growing a team of media specialists. Linnea focused on digital media strategy, 360 channel planning, paid and natural search, social media, analytics, and emerging media and consumer trends. Prior to THINK, Linnea was at Breathe Interactive where she worked on BellSouth, Toyota, Russell Athletic, Florida’s Natural, Publix, GEICO and Buffalo Wild Wings, with cross-channel digital planning.
Linnea has over 10 years experience crafting integrated media plans that capitalize on the marriage of media and creative opportunities. She has challenged the mainstream definition of digital media beyond banners and paid search, emphasizing the consumer mindset and behaviors that span across all digital touch points and offline extensions.
Linnea holds a BA degree in marketing from Augusta State University and a background in computer science from The Georgia Institute of Technology. She is active in marketing organizations and conferences such as adtech, iMedia Association, SXSW Interactive, Mobile Marketing Association, SEMPO, Social Media Club, and the eMarketing Association.
