Cynthia is a seasoned advertising and marketing veteran, with a career spanning over 17 years. She comes to Martini Media most recently from Time Inc., where she was the digital sales director responsible for a team of eight sellers charged with growing Essence Communications online. She handled many types of clients including Coca- Cola, BMW, Ford, and P&G. Prior to Time Inc., Cynthia ran her own ad agency in Orlando, Florida and was focused on growing the digital businesses of local, regional, and national accounts. She has extensive experience on the agency side, with past stints at Digitas, Ogilvy, FCB, and Wunderman. Cynthia earned her degree in Sociology at Harvard and made the Dean's List all four years.
