As Director of Digital Marketing and Publicity for The Walt Disney Studios, Samantha Garry is responsible for the development and implementation of the digital marketing campaigns for the domestic live-action films. Working closely with all divisions of the marketing department, Samantha oversees digital creative, original content creation and syndication, digital publicity and blogger relations, social media, and mobile, and their seamless integration within the broader marketing campaigns.
An 8-year Disney veteran, she has held positions of increasing responsibility within the digital and publicity groups, beginning at the intern level.
Samantha received her degree in Public Relations, with an emphasis in Communications and the Entertainment industry from University of Southern California’s Annenberg School.
