Julie Fleischer is Director of Content Strategy and Integration for Kraft Foods CRM. Within her short time at Kraft, she has transformed the content development process, launched innovative new content platforms, and brought a deeper, more behavior-based understanding of consumer insights to the CRM enterprise.
A skilled and successful renaissance marketing expert, Julie joined Kraft from Digitas, where she led the Chicago office Planning group, guiding innovation for the agency and its clients. Prior to Digitas, Ms. Fleischer was the director of Innovation and Research for laga, a design and innovation firm. She led the agency's consulting division, which developed innovative solutions for brand, product, package, and business models for clients such as Pepsi, General Mills, Kraft, SC Johnson, and Sara Lee Apparel. Before joining laga, Ms. Fleischer was the CMO of ClubMom, one of the top mom destinations on the Web, where she drove the branding and innovative marketing for the site.
