Valerie is Director, Market Intelligence & Director, Media. Valerie's role is to focus on insights which will improve targeting (including media selection), messaging and ad spend, all while ensuring the consumer voice is heard. This is done across all advertising efforts whether brand or direct response.
Prior to her Market Intelligence role, Valerie was National Media Director at Kaiser Permanente where she influenced all media efforts within Kaiser Permanente´s decentralized system, working with 7 media agencies to implement best practices, leverage dollars, optimize the media mix and streamline communication.<br /><br />Valerie brought to Kaiser Permanente a mix of both agency and client-side experience in media, advertising, field marketing and measurement. She has worked with traditional, DR and online media. She has over 15 years of experience on a range of consumer products including Bank of America, 24 Hour Fitness, Levi Strauss & Co., Wesson Oil, Orville Redenbacher Popcorn and Best Western hotels. Her most recent job prior to Kaiser Permanente was as Director of Media at 24 Hour Fitness.
