Sacha Xavier, Group Media Director, joined AA|RF’s media practice in 2002, working on accounts such as Verizon, Astra Zeneca, Polo Ralph Lauren and Starwood Hotels. Most recently, Sacha has been the organization’s East Coast lead in Emerging Media. Sacha helps clients on the road to innovation by pioneering media and web executions in mobile, video, digital television, social networking, and gaming. In an ever changing media landscape, she is a trusted client consultant to the company’s east coast clients and internal teams as they evolve media strategy to include breakthrough technology and advanced platforms. Prior to her role in Emerging Media, Sacha pioneered the first advertising sponsored podcast for Verizon. Additionally, she spearheaded the launch of an Alternate Reality Game (ARG) for Verizon and ABC’s Lost in which audiences were enticed on-air to visit an unassuming, Verizon-created website in efforts to reveal mysteries that would evolve the storyline - while subtly reinforcing the brand. Sacha previously worked at Beyond Interactive (Grey) and Omnicom (Cone Communications). She joins us with 10 years of online marketing experience. Sacha holds a B.S. Magna Cum Laude in Mass Communication from Towson University. She speaks Spanish as a second language and is a mentor at Big Brothers Big Sister’s NY Chapter.

Prior to AA|RF, I worked at Beyond Interactive (Grey) and Omnicom (Cone Communications). I hold 8+ years in digital media.

As a digital consumer, blogger and gadget enthusiast, I am inspired by the social aspect of media consumption- seeing how others use emerging platforms, like mobile devices for not just work but finding the best shops, bôites, and entertainment in the city.
