With more than 15 years in the digital media and ad tech space, Adele leads Bionic's sales efforts. With experience both on the buy and sell side, she understands the challenges both agencies and publishers face today. Most recently a Sales Director at Operative, a publisher ad business management platform and services provider, Adele also held senior sales and management positions at TRAFFIQ, Time, Inc. / Media Networks, Inc. and Newsday. Adele has been actively involved in the ad community as a member of the IAB (part of the team that developed the Digital Media Sales Certification program), a past Board Member/VP of the Long Island Ad Club, and a member and speaker at various regional AAF’s on digital media/ad tech
