In her current role as senior manager CRM digital manager for Mead Johnson Nutrition in Canada, Lorraine Taylor manages strategy and execution of customer direct mail programs, mobile and standard site engagement, email campaigns, and major brand launches. Her integrated digital campaign "Get the Scoop" was so effective that the Enfamil® "Get the Scoop" Contest was recognized with the Bronze Summit Creative Award in the online campaign category and with the Silver Communicator Award in the integrated campaign, business-to-consumer category.
In her previous roles she was responsible for digital, direct mail, and retail sales management for retailer Canadian Tire Financial and document management company Proshred Security, as well as brand management with software developer Corel Corporation.
