Minyi Shih is the media director at Moxie Interactive where she oversees the L’Oreal Paris digital team. Her core responsibilities include digital strategy development and digital market assessment for L’Oreal Paris. Her team focuses on building cross-channel digital solutions to connect L’Oreal Paris with its consumers. The team works closely with key industry partners to bring L’Oreal Paris to the forefront of the digital and beauty industry across content, social, video and mobile platforms.
Before joining Moxie she was at ZenithOptimedia, where she worked on CPG clients Nestle and Reckitt Benckiser since 2008. Her previous agency client experience includes Michelin, Shell and 3M. Shih received her master's degree in communication and information studies from The School of Communications at Rutgers University in 2005 and her B.A. degrees in both communication and psychology from Rutgers College in 2003.
