John McGrail is associate media director at 360i, where he develops performance display programs for key clients. His work includes everything from basic remarketing to more sophisticated initiatives that engage users at strategic touchpoints within the customer lifecycle, connecting individuals with a brand and driving actions. He has been with the agency for eight years, most recently working closely with CapitalOne, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Lord & Taylor. The majority of McGrail's free time is spent with his two-year-old son, but when he has the opportunity, he enjoys reading, gaming, exercising, and watching the Yankees and Jets.
