Kevin King oversees Edelman's digital practice, with over 1,100 people managing 750 social communities around the world. King has worked on global social media and digital initiatives for some of the world's most well-known companies and brands, including Unilever (Dove, Ben & Jerry's, Axe), Samsung, eBay, Microsoft, and Activision. He is also a trusted advisor to companies on managing digital crises and establishing ideal organizational structures to execute in the social space.
Previous to joining Edelman in 2004, King started the digital practice at New York-based advertising agency Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, and before that worked for web development pioneer Methodfive, where he launched the first online efforts for some of the world's largest entertainment companies.
King was a scholarship athlete at the University of Maryland, where he received his degree. He and his wife currently reside in New Jersey with their daughter and twin sons.
