Jim Kiszka has been working in media/marketing for 19+ years, having contributed to the success of over 128 brands and divisions. Currently, he is responsible for stewarding the paid digital media investment for Kellogg North America for such iconic brands as Pop-Tarts, Special K, Frosted Flakes, and Kashi. His continuing role has him focused on programmatic media, exploring cross-device impact, purchase-based targeting, and connecting with consumers through their ongoing digital journeys.
Prior to joining Kellogg, Kiszka managed paid digital media for Kohl's Corporate, helping launch and sustain private brands such as Jennifer Lopez, Lauren Conrad, and Food Network. Before Kohl's, his first 14 years in the business were spent experiencing the joy and creative minds from several agencies (Digitas, Mindshare, ARC Worldwide), while building brands for Unilever (Axe, Degree, Dove, Suave), BP Oil, McDonald's, Sears, and Wrigley. Kiszka has also enjoyed working within other verticals such as pharmaceuticals, finance, and recruitment advertising during his career.
