Carlos has been leading and growing sales teams for some of the worlds leading digital publishers, mobile rich media and technology companies. He is currently heading up Business Development at Outrigger Media, and focused primarily on its OpenSlate product, which measures the value of online video for advertisers. Prior to Outrigger Carlos lead the East Coast advertising sales team at Adap.TV, where he recruited a stellar team of digital sellers, and significantly increased year over year revenue with leading advertising agencies. Prior to that he was VP, Strategy and Development for TheStreet.com where he developed and executed key revenue generating products and initiatives, including defining and bringing to market their advanced audience based targeting solutions, analyzing and delivering a point of view on RTB and exchange selling, and delivering syndication and selling strategies for Video. Prior to TheStreet, Carlos was VP of Brands and Agencies at Medialets, one of the first mobile rich media companies, where he was responsible for defining the go-to market strategy for the Brand and Agency direct sales organization. During his tenure, he introduced an agency preferred program that was adopted by PHD and others, and successfully worked with dozens of agencies and brands to produce industry leading mobile rich media campaigns. He has held senior sales leadership positions at Reader's Digest, Univision and Reuters, and is regarded as a high energy and passionate sales leader that delivers value for his clients, employees and employers.
