Joel heads up a New Product Development team at Advertising.com. He combines his strong sense of graphic design with his extensive knowledge of web technologies to help bring products from concept to reality.

For more than twelve years, Joel has lead interactive divisions at leading marketing communications firms and interactive agencies. Joel's vast client experience includes major companies like Adobe, Careerbuilder, GEICO, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Kennedy Center, and Universal Records. Joel's work has appeared in numerous publications, including Communication Arts, HOW Magazine, and various industry publications. Throughout his career, he has also won numerous ADDY and Art Director's Club awards for his interactive work. He has been a featured speaker at the Advertising Association of Baltimore, the AIGA, the D.C. Ad Club and the Washington Post's interactive advisory panel. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
