Weng is currently the Head of Marketing Communications for the newly formed SPH Integrated Marketing division (October 2016). His marketing portfolio and responsibility is for all SPH brands including The Straits Times, The Business Times, Lianhe Zaobao, Berita Harian, The New Paper, Classified and others.

The integrated team is made up of branding, marketing strategy, creative services, digital marketing and events/experiential teams, which is housed within the Sales Strategy and Operations cluster and will also assist as strategic enablers for the greater sales organization. Previously, he can be spotted selling his digital wares in the hallways of P&G and MediaCom as the ASEAN Digital Lead of Team P&G (SG, MY, TH, ID, TH).

In his formative client servicing years, Weng has worked with brands such as Maxis, Digi, PacketOne, Microsoft, Toyota and Volkswagen. He also currently sits on the sub-committees and council of the IAB and IAS.
