Mindful Mornings Yoga
The mindfulness session will be run by an expert to provide you with the opportunity to take time out of the busy conference experience. The chance to steady the mind, improve breathing, and start to build strength and flexibility, at the same time slowly releasing tension and stress.

The yoga session will run for 45 minutes. Places are strictly limited.
Please wear suitable clothing and know you will be asked to take off any footwear.
